2nd Step: Disable or remove add-ins

    • First of all, you need to right-click on the start button and choose “Run” from the menu. 
    • Click on the “Start” button followed by the run. 
    • Then, type “Outlook/ safe” and press “Enter” in order to start “Outlook”.

5th Step: Incompatible device drivers

  • In case the problem continues then you should ensure that you are using a compatible driver.
  • To update, you must check the steps applicable for various versions of windows as given below.
    • Select the Start Windows Start button in Windows 8 and Windows 10 button.
    • Select Settings > Update & security > Windows Update.
    • Select Check online for updates from Microsoft Update.
    • If updates are available they should automatically be installed on your PC.
